Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in a safe manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
