Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational workflows during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to maintain optimal supply chain flow.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards across all work areas to ensure a secure environment.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with a small team of staff members to achieve operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Generate and review performance reports to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on team leadership.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and basic inventory management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
