Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and transactions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend operations
- Optimize workflow processes to meet weekend productivity targets
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification and operating experience
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) with occasional holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
