Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy during peak weekend hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the week-day management team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Prepare detailed reports on weekend performance metrics and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
