Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations, ensuring efficiency and safety protocols
- Lead a team of 5-8 associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Manage inventory and coordinate logistics for weekend deliveries
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Prepare shift reports and document operational metrics
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or retail
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with rotating holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
