Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure seamless execution during weekend shifts.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly reports for management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or retail management.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
