Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management during the weekend shift.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of 5+ associates to ensure productivity and safety.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate shipments, and resolve logistics discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to upper management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to work under pressure.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (Full-time hours).
