Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure daily productivity targets are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; high school students welcome to apply.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Reliability: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and a clean background check.
