Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the weekend shifts.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and checking for damaged goods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress codes at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso location.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
