Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival and throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Organize merchandise, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills.
