Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, premium welcome to every customer entering the store.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in locating products and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Stock Management: Replenish merchandise, organize stockrooms, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Brand Advocacy: Uphold the company's high standards for service and visual presentation.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexible hours.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Attitude: A positive, professional demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for cash handling and processing returns.
