Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answering questions and resolving complaints effectively.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or potential shrinkage issues.
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising displays and promotional campaigns.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including security checks and cash balancing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some availability during weekday shifts for training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
