Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Organize and restock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damaged goods promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
