- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve complex issues with patience and efficiency, ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow and service continuity.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members and onboarding processes as needed.
- Monitor service quality metrics and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
