Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon arrival and throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer product inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly.
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards during busy weekend shifts.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
