Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, restock merchandise efficiently, and organize displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Operational Efficiency: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets and assist with special projects or stockroom organization as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies, cash handling procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for shift changes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or logistics is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and time management.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor freely.
