Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operational Support: Assist in daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling cash and card payments.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning and evening shifts to ensure seamless workflow and coverage.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
