Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including mobility, meals, and personal hygiene
- Monitor and document vital signs under supervision
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Support nursing staff with basic clinical tasks and supply management
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
- Adhere to all HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR certification (will be provided if not held)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Weekend availability essential (Sat/Sun shifts, 6am-6pm)
- Strong communication skills and empathy for patients
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
