Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and medical record management during weekend shifts
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and maintain exam room readiness
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person with exceptional communication skills
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision and confidentiality
- Process insurance verifications and billing documentation
- Collaborate with on-call providers to address urgent patient needs
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict patient confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year medical assisting or healthcare coordination experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic or Athena preferred)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
