Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and scheduling for weekend clinic operations
- Assist with patient registration and medical documentation
- Support clinical staff with patient flow management
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Manage weekend supply inventory and equipment checks
- Provide exceptional patient communication and support
- Collaborate with on-call providers for urgent matters
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic medical terminology knowledge required
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
