Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and assembly line equipment to ensure high-quality production output.
- Load and unload materials, parts, or products to and from delivery vehicles and production areas.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict safety and accuracy standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in packaging and labeling finished goods for shipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand production instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
