Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory counts and merchandise replenishment
- Operate POS systems and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Uphold brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-6pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Diego location
