Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and sales conversion
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain boutique aesthetics and product presentation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory control including receiving, stock rotation, and loss prevention protocols
- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special event activations
- Maintain pristine store environment through daily cleaning and organization standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience in premium/luxury segment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build client relationships
- Strong attention to detail in merchandising and transaction accuracy
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (10am-8pm shifts)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management
- Passion for fashion, trends, and luxury retail aesthetics
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle light lifting (up to 25lbs)
- Valid Pennsylvania ID and reliable transportation
