Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including display updates and inventory organization
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and following security protocols
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets and maintain store presentation
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Participate in weekend store opening/closing procedures and safety checks
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) with punctual attendance
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Positive attitude with adaptability to fast-paced retail environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years of age or older
