Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Efficiently process sales transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, displays, and inventory management
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment processes

Qualifications
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with occasional holiday shifts
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable with technology including POS systems and mobile devices
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid work authorization in the United States
