Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store displays, organize merchandise on shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and managing stockroom organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to pass a background check.
