Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a tidy store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Assist in inventory management and stock counts as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling skills.
