Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Train and mentor new team members on customer service protocols and sales techniques
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service standards

- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security protocols
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 1+ years in customer service or team leadership role
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
