Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and display merchandise neatly to ensure a professional appearance.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or answering inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damaged goods to management.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean and organized at all times.
- Handle cash transactions with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal decor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Availability to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
