- Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and organizing displays.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Inventory Management: Assist in periodic inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
