- Merchandising: Maintain store standards by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and organizing displays.
- Event Support: Assist with event setup, breakdown, and crowd management during weekend activations.
- Communication: Collaborate with the team to ensure store goals are met and communicate customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Attitude: A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude is essential.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
