Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Maintain store presentation standards through restocking, merchandising, and visual merchandising
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours
- Implement loss prevention protocols to safeguard store assets
- Participate in weekend promotions and seasonal sales events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation to/from the 789 Market Street location
- 18 years of age or older with legal authorization to work in the US
