Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with inquiries and product recommendations.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash and card payments with strict attention to detail.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and executing weekend marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers and team members.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
