Job Overview
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining a pristine store environment. This role is crucial to our weekend operations and offers a fast-paced, engaging atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are priced and labeled correctly.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom clean, organized, and safe.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, returns, and exchanges as needed during peak weekend periods.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level position.
