Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and inviting for all customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic math skills and cash handling experience are required.
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
