Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with visual merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cash handling and reconciliation duties at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with cash registers and POS software.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
