Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash register operation and security checks.
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure product displays are appealing and accurate.
- Merchandising: Rotate stock to ensure freshness and adhere to company visual standards and pricing policies.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
