Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the sales floor and checkout counters.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering any questions about our merchandise.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store meets cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures quickly.
