Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our flagship New York location.
- Merchandising: Assist in organizing, stocking, and displaying merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Point of Sale: Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Transactions: Handle cash and credit transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain a balanced drawer.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with floor staff to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
- Store Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning tasks and ensure the sales floor is tidy and organized.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for shift adjustments.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the New York City location.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
