Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and store cleanliness
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stockroom organization, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) including holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
