Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure the store is always fully merchandised and visually appealing.
- Handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
