Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism
- Train and onboard new weekend team members on company protocols
- Monitor and report on weekend performance metrics to store leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures during peak hours
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-volume environments
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays and Sundays, 6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
