Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Restock shelves and display areas according to visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking its best.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or issues to the management team promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to execute sales promotions and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
