Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs with a smile.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to drive sales.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and policies.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Reliable transportation in the San Diego area.
