Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Stock shelves and maintain store appearance throughout the shift
- Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
