Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Stock shelves, maintain visual merchandising standards, and organize inventory
- Operate cleaning equipment and uphold store safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rush periods
- Participate in weekly inventory counts and stock rotation activities
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation to downtown LA location
- No prior retail experience required – training provided
