Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly assistance
- Operate POS systems for accurate transactions and returns
- Merchandise and maintain store displays to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Process shipments and manage backroom organization
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
