Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing detailed product knowledge, and making recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise and ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
