Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing payments and handling returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to management promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with loss prevention and security measures.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
