Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store, providing product recommendations and answering inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damaged goods to management promptly.
- Build lasting relationships with regular customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist with store events and promotional activities during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
